4. Mining Services & Payouts

Mining rewards are subject to network difficulty, hardware efficiency, and market conditions. Koolmine does not guarantee specific profit margins. Payouts are processed according to the schedules defined in the platform dashboard.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any local, state, or international laws.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without authorization.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity related to the referral program.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koolmine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
